General Terms and Conditions:
· Above rates are per room, per night.
· Above rates are inclusive of buffet breakfast.
· Above rates are inclusive of 10% Municipality Fees and 10% Service Charge.
· All quoted rates and payment are in local currency, UAE Dirham (AED).
· Above rates are subject to availability.
· Weekdays are from Saturday to Wednesday nights inclusive
· Weekends are from Thursday to Friday nights inclusive
· Above rates are based on individual reservations for a maximum of 09 rooms. Group enquiries for 10 rooms and more are on request and are quoted separately.
· Additional supplement of AED 300 applies for Public Holidays. Subject to availability.
· Check-in time is 14:00 hrs and check-out time is 12:00 hrs. Early check-in and late check-out cannot be guaranteed, however we will endeavour to fulfill your requests as far as our availability allows.
· Extra bed is available on request for Deluxe Rooms and Suites at AED 150/net (Inclusive of Municipality Fees and Service Charge), and buffet breakfast supplement is AED 85/net (Inclusive of Municipality Fees and Service Charge) per person
· All reservations should be guaranteed through a valid credit card number or an official guarantee letter for the company
· Non-arrival and cancellation received within 48 hours from the expected time of arrival will be charged as one night accommodation as per valid contracted rates.
· The Hotel reserves the right to charge 100% of the room rate for the remaining nights, should the guest leave earlier than the originally booked length of stay.
· Guests are all requested to settle their own room accounts prior to departure.
· Should your company wish to settle the guests' bills, a credit application form should be completed and approved by Hotel JAL Fujairah Resort & Spa's credit department. Upon reservation, the company should send a fax stating the costs of which the company wishes to be charged.
· In compliance with the UAE law, all guests are requested to submit a bona-fide document with picture (passport/ valid UAE driving license) upon check-in.
· A special 10 % discount on treatments in Spa Zen is applicable. A valid company ID should be presented upon arrival in Spa Zen for verification
